Terms and Conditions

AS+ corporations' applied terms and conditions apply, as well as the terms and conditions for cancellations of AS+T events cited in the following text.

Cancellation

It is a shame that you are not be able to participate in a booked seminar. Please understand, however, that we can only accept cancellations in written form.

Of course, you can send an alternative participant without any additional costs.

In the case of a cancellation within five workdays of the event, we have to charge you 25% of the participation fee.

The entire participation fee will be charged upon cancellation on the day of the event or in the case of non-attendance. The seminar documents provided for the participants will be sent to you after payment.

Please consider that early cancellations (especially for fully booked events) enable other interested parties to participate, who would otherwise loose their opportunity. By doing so, you simplify our work and support our efforts to be as flexible as possible. 

Cancellation by Austrian Standards plus Trainings (AS+T)

We are especially proud of the frequency of our seminars. Nevertheless, on rare occasions it is possible that a seminar cannot be held.

We thank you for your understanding when it comes to the cancellation of events – due to an insufficient number of participants – at the latest 5 days prior to their beginning. We offer the option of rebooking you for the next course free of charge and recompense you for any previous payments. Any further payments cannot be reimbursed.

Billing Information

The participation fee must be paid upon receipt of the bill, at the latest five days before the course in question begins.
