Who can get certified as a property manager's assistant?

All persons with a completed training program as „property manager's assistant“ to a minimum extent of 60h and based on the content of ONR 43002-1.

How to get the Certificate

1. Application for a certification as „property manager's assistant“ via application form.
2. Provision of basic documentation of the qualification to be certified and proof of  completion of  the training program for „property manager's assistants“. 
3. Written exam to verify competence according to ONR 43002-1.
4. The certificate „ON Certified Person“ is issued after passing the exam. 
5. To maintain the certificate it is required to provide evidence of  further education in the field of expertise every second year, to the extent of 16 hours and  according to ONR 43002-1 or ONR 43002-2.
6. To renew the certificate's validity after six years, it is necessary to provide evidence of continuing education completed in the last six years and to perform re-certification-interviews with a member of the examination board (AS+C).
