Who can get certified as a real estate agent's assistant?

All persons with a completed training-program for „real estate agent's assistants“ to an extent of  a minimum of 60h and based on the content of the ONR 43001-1.

How to get the certificate

1. Application for certification via application form.
2. Provision of basic documentation of the qualification to be certified and proof of the completed training-program for real estate agent's assistants. 
3. Written exam to verify competence according to ONR 43001-1.
4. The certificate „ON Certified Person“ is issued after positively passing the exam. 
5. To maintain the certificate it is required to provide evidence of continuing education in the field of expertise every second year, to the extent of 16 hours and  according to ONR 43001-1 or ONR 43001-2.
6. To renew the certificate's validity after six years, it is necessary to provide evidence of further education programs completed in the last six years and to perform re-certification-interviews with a member of the examination board (AS+C).
